The name of this superfamily has been modified since the most recent official CATH+ release (v4_3_0). At the point of the last release, this superfamily was named:

"
Antitoxin ParD1-like
".

Functional Families

Overview of the Structural Clusters (SC) and Functional Families within this CATH Superfamily. Clusters with a representative structure are represented by a filled circle.

Superfamily: Antitoxin ParD1-like

The fold makes up the majority of ParD1 (PDB id 3kxeC01), and appears to be the region of the protein most important for toxin-antitoxin interactions. Since the whole of ParD1 is slightly larger than the displayed fold, I feel the fold could be said to be 'ParD1-like', since the most well-defined functional region of ParD1 is encompassed by the superfamily.
