COMMENT: Lesley - Scores and superpositions are marginal. Functionally similar - terpenoid biosynthesis pathway. SCOP has these proteins assigned to same fold and superfamily so merge. SCOP uses the name: Fold: Terpenoid synthases FINAL: Lesley - Merge for the above stated reasons.
