SSAP: 82.45 OV: 66 SEQ: 35. Very similar linkage and similar structure (the structures differ at one point where one of them has a beta sheet and the other has a alfa helix). Functionally differnt. None of the CATH assigned matches with a SSAP score above 70 share the same function as the query. I believe that due to the reasonable high seq similarity that the query can be assigned to this H-family.
