COMMENT: ADam - All possible hits between a 2 Srep familiy and a 1 Srep family. Different functions lyase vs. transferase, not particularly high seq. id. Good SSAP scores, with good superposition. Probably related, but sufficiently for superfamily merge? FINAL: Sarah/Lesley - Nice superpositions even for the 1r3sA00/1ypxA00 pair (where scores are not brilliants)- Overlap and SAS scores are very good. SCOP groups methionine synthase and URO-D functions together. Merge. Shame this information was not on Homolcheck pages to begin with.
