COMMENT: Ali - superpositions quite good, and decent SSAP scores thoughout. HMM overlap and evalues poor in some cases.SCOP suggests that 2.160.20.10 domains belong to the family pectin lyase and 2.160.20.30 to the family chondroitinase B.I would (tentively) suggest that these stay as they are ... same at T level but different at H level FINAL: Lesley - Merge, based on SCOP for this one as our scores are only marginal for an H-level match due to embellishment. Alison, SCOP has all of the domains classed in the same superfamily (pectin lyase-like). We are only interested in the H-level which equals superfamily in SCOP. family is based on 35% seq id in CATH. Not to worry about that here.
