COMMENT: Sarah - Not sure why the HMM ovrelaps are not better as the superposition looks quite nice - merge them in same sfam according to SCOP. FINAL: Lesley - Good Sarah. Merge these two T and H-levels IAW SCOP. Great superposition. I am also curious why the max% overlap is so low when SSAP is so good. Adam, please have a look at this.
