COMMENT: Ali - both chapones .. SCOP suggests they belong to same superfamily. superposition OK and suggests very similar topology. I would suggest merging at the H level FINAL: Lesley - Fine. Merge based on SCOP. e-values are marginal. Move 10 to 20.
