Moving Classification[<3.50.6.10> "Adenylyl Cyclase, chain A" [ACTIVE]] to Classification[<3.30.70.1230> "Adenylyl Cyclase, chain A"]:
Lesley - No, 1w25A03 is an a/b-plait with embellishments so it should not have its architecture changed. Do not merge H-levels without better scores. 1fx2A00 has so much embellishment it has significantly deviated from a core a/b-plait fold that it contains. We can't be sure of ancestry here. But we can merge T-levels. SCOP concurrs. Go to 3.30.70 but new H-level with the name (Adenylyl and guanylyl cyclase catalytic domain). Remember to move only the entire H-level (.10).
