COMMENT: Ali - the only 2.40.70.20 structure listed here is 1t6eX01. It has not been assigned before and the CATH classification code is new. All model/match combos yield good SSAP scores and HMM overlap scores. Superposition *relatively* decent.SCOP classifies all the structures here, including 1t6eX01 as being from the family 'pepsin-like'.I would suggest that we could merge these at the H level. FINAL: Lesley - Merge H-levels. Good scores and overlap. Shame this data was not on the HomolCheck pages to start with!
