COMMENT: Adam - 1fzpB00 is from a single Srep superfamily, it is hitting the very large superfamily 1.10.10.10. 1fzpB00 has a DNA-binding/transcription function like the winged-helix repressors. It is more similar to some of the 1.10.10.10s than some of them are to each other. FINAL: Lesley - Yes, merge these and move the one alone (1fzpB00) into 1.10.10.10. Very nice HMM scores with high overlap, ssap and rmsd is lower because there is a structural change of a helix for a b-hairpin. SCOP concurrs and also places these proteins in the same T and H-level. NOTE the entire cath code of 1.10.10.10 needs to be reviewed in general.
